The Medtronic Foundation is committed to supporting communities where over 100,000 Medtronic employees live and give.
We provide tools & resources that support sustainable year-round, hands-on, and skills-based volunteerism. The Medtronic Foundation empowers Medtronic employees through Matched Giving and Volunteer Grants to give back with their time and money to nonprofits of importance to them.
PROJECT 6
Held in the first quarter of the fiscal year (May – July), Project 6 is named in honor of Tenet 6 of the Medtronic Mission – to maintain good citizenship as a company - and is the annual kick-off to Medtronic community engagement.
The Project 6 campaign aims to unite and engage Medtronic employees as one global team as they make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work through employee volunteerism and financial contributions.
